This refresh on a simple neighborhood home brings beauty and lots of fun function! We removed old layers of stodgy foundations plantings, opened up access to an enlarged family entry and porch, and created a fun new front yard terrace - for watching over bike races and neighborhood antics. Around back a reorganized deck and steps lead to a second larger terrace made for big family parties and late night bonfires. Modern plantings screen and moderate scales between the home and a big play lawn and mash views beyond.
