A statement home perched on a woodland overlooking Seal Harbor - this home is a nexus for summer’s social swirl. Landscape spaces are designed to invite you in, and ease you back out - transitioning from a zen entry through light and art-filled rooms to decks, terraces and meadows spilling down the hillside below. Rooted in pragmatic functionality, the landscape includes lots of easy extra parking for guests and staff, and flexible social spaces that can accommodate small friendly gatherings as well as larger hosted events; but the focus is whimsy and beauty as guests experience easy welcome and comfort.
