The Owners of this challenging hillside property were excited to build a home within the tiny ocean-front neighborhood of Falmouth Foreside; they were eager to engage with the cozy community and take advantage of peeked water views, but adamant about preserving moments of privacy - for themselves, their pets, and the local birds! The result is a layering of clean modern materials and moments with lush screens of native greens and grasses, all punctuated by great little destinations - like the firepit lookout, screened shower, and backyard bird sanctuary.
